Opposing the performance of the duties entrusted to the agents and persons authorised pursuant to article L. 232-11 is punishable by six months’ imprisonment and a fine of €7,500.
Failure to comply with suspension orders issued pursuant to articles L. 232-21-1, L. 232-23, L. 232-23-3-3 to L. 232-23-3-9 is punishable by the same penalties.
