Article L232-28 of the French Sports Code

Legal entities declared criminally liable, under the conditions set out in article 121-2 of the French Penal Code, for the offences defined in article L. 232-26 shall incur, in addition to the fine set out in article 131-38 of the French Penal Code :

a) The additional penalties provided for by 2°, 8° and 9° of article 131-39 of the French Criminal Code ;

b) Closure, for a period of up to one year, of the establishments or one or more of the establishments of the company used to commit the offence and belonging to the convicted legal entity.

Article L232-28

Les personnes morales déclarées responsables pénalement, dans les conditions prévues par l’article 121-2 du code pénal, des infractions définies à l’article L. 232-26 encourent, outre l’amende suivant les modalités prévues par l’article 131-38 du code pénal :

a) Les peines complémentaires prévues par les 2°, 8° et 9° de l’article 131-39 du code pénal ;

b) La fermeture, pour une durée d’un an au plus, des établissements ou de l’un ou plusieurs des établissements de l’entreprise ayant servi à commettre l’infraction et appartenant à la personne morale condamnée.
