Natural persons guilty of the offences provided for in article L. 232-26 of this Code shall also be liable to the following additional penalties:
1° Confiscation of the substances or processes, objects or documents used to commit the offence or to facilitate its commission;
2° Display or dissemination of the decision handed down, under the conditions set out in article 131-35 of the Criminal Code;
3° Closure, for a period of up to one year, of one, several or all of the establishments of the company that was used to commit the offence and that belongs to the convicted person;
4° A ban, under the conditions set out in article 131-27 of the Criminal Code, from exercising the professional or social activity in the course of or in connection with which the offence was committed;
5° Disqualification, under the conditions set out in Article 131-27 of the Criminal Code, from holding a public office.
