Article L2333-69 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The employers referred to in article L. 2333-64 are required to make the payment provided for in said article to the bodies or services responsible for collecting social security contributions and family allowances in accordance with the rules for collection, litigation and penalties applicable to the various social security schemes.

The aforementioned bodies or services shall deduct from the sums recovered a deduction for collection costs.

II.-The State shall deduct from the amount of the payment provided for in Article L. 2333-64 a proportion determined in proportion to the number of serving military personnel for whom the administration provides permanent accommodation at the place of work or provides collective transport free of charge.

I. – Les employeurs mentionnés à l’article L. 2333-64 sont tenus de procéder au versement prévu audit article auprès des organismes ou services chargés du recouvrement des cotisations de sécurité sociale et des allocations familiales suivant les règles de recouvrement, de contentieux et les pénalités applicables aux divers régimes de sécurité sociale.

Les organismes ou services précités précomptent sur les sommes recouvrées une retenue pour frais de recouvrement.

II.-L’Etat déduit du montant du versement prévu à l’article L. 2333-64 une quote-part déterminée au prorata des effectifs des militaires en activité dont l’administration assure le logement permanent sur les lieux de travail ou effectue à titre gratuit le transport collectif.
