Article L2335-1 of the French Labour Code

Failure to set up and convene a group committee for the first time in accordance with the conditions laid down in articles L. 2333-5 and L. 2334-3 or obstructing the appointment of group committee members is punishable by one year’s imprisonment and a fine of €7,500.

Obstructing the regular operation of this committee is punishable by a fine of €7,500.

Article L2335-1

Le fait de ne pas constituer et réunir pour la première fois un comité de groupe dans les conditions prévues aux articles L. 2333-5 et L. 2334-3 ou d’apporter une entrave à la désignation des membres d’un comité de groupe est puni d’un emprisonnement d’un an et d’une amende de 7 500 €.

Le fait d’apporter une entrave au fonctionnement régulier de ce comité est puni d’une amende de 7 500 €.
