The annual meeting of the European Works Council is convened by its Chairman on the basis of a report drawn up by him.

This report describes the development of the activities of the Community-scale undertaking or Community-scale group of undertakings and its prospects.

The directors of the establishments or the heads of the undertakings in the group are informed of this report.

La réunion annuelle du comité d’entreprise européen est provoquée sur convocation de son président, à partir d’un rapport établi par celui-ci.

Ce rapport retrace l’évolution des activités de l’entreprise de dimension communautaire ou du groupe d’entreprises de dimension communautaire et ses perspectives.

Les directeurs des établissements ou les chefs d’entreprise des entreprises du groupe sont informés de ce rapport.
