Article L2362-10 of the French Labour Code

Subject to the provisions of the second paragraph of Article L. 2362-7, the managers of each of the participating legal entities and, where applicable, the participating natural persons negotiate with the special negotiating body with a view to reaching an agreement, the content of which is determined in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2352-16 to L. 2352-20.

Sous réserve des dispositions du deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 2362-7, les dirigeants de chacune des personnes morales participantes et, le cas échéant, les personnes physiques participantes négocient avec le groupe spécial de négociation en vue de parvenir à un accord dont le contenu est fixé conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2352-16 à L. 2352-20.
