A European Cooperative Society Committee is set up when, at the end of the negotiation period provided for in Article L. 2362-4, no agreement has been reached and the special negotiation body has not taken the decision provided for in the second paragraph of Article L. 2362-7.

Un comité de la société coopérative européenne est institué lorsque, à l’issue de la période de négociation prévue à l’article L. 2362-4, aucun accord n’a été conclu et que le groupe spécial de négociation n’a pas pris la décision prévue au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 2362-7.
