Article L2363-14 of the French Labour Code

When, at the end of the negotiation period provided for in Article L. 2363-13, no agreement has been reached and the special negotiation body has not taken the decision provided for in the second paragraph of Article L. 2362-7, a European Cooperative Society Committee is set up, the establishment, powers and operating rules of which are determined in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2363-1 to L. 2363-7.

Article L2363-14

Lorsque, à l’issue de la période de négociation prévue à l’article L. 2363-13, aucun accord n’a été conclu et que le groupe spécial de négociation n’a pas pris la décision prévue au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 2362-7, il est institué un comité de la société coopérative européenne dont la mise en place, les attributions et les règles de fonctionnement sont fixées conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2363-1 à L. 2363-7.
