In the event of the transfer of the registered office of a European Cooperative Society governed by participation rules to another Member State of the European Community, employee participation rights are maintained at at least an equivalent level.

En cas de transfert dans un autre Etat membre de la Communauté européenne du siège d’une société coopérative européenne régie par des règles de participation, les droits de participation des salariés sont maintenus à un niveau au moins équivalent.
