Article L2363-2 of the French Labour Code

In the case provided for in Article L. 2363-1, the registration of the European Cooperative Society may only take place if the parties decide to implement the provisions of this Chapter and of Chapter IV of this Title, or if the directors of the participating legal entities or the participating natural persons undertake to implement them.

Dans le cas prévu à l’article L. 2363-1, l’immatriculation de la société coopérative européenne ne peut intervenir que si les parties décident de mettre en œuvre les dispositions du présent chapitre et du chapitre IV du présent titre, ou que si les dirigeants des personnes morales participantes ou les personnes physiques participantes s’engagent à en faire application.
