Article L2411-12-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

When the commune wishes to dispose of a property transferred from a commune section pursuant to articles L. 2411-11 to L. 2411-12-2 within a period of five years from the date of publication of the transfer order, the deliberation of the town council presenting the characteristics of the property to be disposed of is displayed at the town hall for a period of two months.

Lorsque la commune souhaite aliéner un bien transféré d’une section de commune en application des articles L. 2411-11 à L. 2411-12-2 dans un délai de cinq ans à compter de la date de publication de l’arrêté de transfert, la délibération du conseil municipal présentant les caractéristiques du bien à aliéner est affichée en mairie pendant une durée de deux mois.
