Article L2421-10 of the French Labour Code

The interruption or notification of non-renewal by the temporary employment agency of the assignment of an employee referred to in Article L. 2413-1 is subject to the same procedure as that provided for in Section 1, applicable in the event of dismissal.

L’interruption ou la notification du non-renouvellement par l’entrepreneur de travail temporaire de la mission d’un salarié mentionné à l’article L. 2413-1 est soumise à la même procédure que celle prévue à la section 1, applicable en cas de licenciement.
