For application in Wallis and Futuna :
1° Article L. 2131-1:
” a) In III, the words: “a multidisciplinary centre for prenatal diagnosis” are replaced by the words: “a consultation providing multidisciplinary care”;
” b) In IV, the words: “, where applicable a member of a multidisciplinary centre for prenatal diagnosis, ” are deleted;
” c) In VIa, after the words: “the centre for medically assisted procreation”, the words: “or the health agency” are inserted.
“d) VII is replaced by the following provisions:
“VII – Medical biology examinations intended to establish a prenatal diagnosis may only be carried out in the health agency authorised for this purpose by the senior administrator of the territory. ” ;
“e) VIII is replaced by the following provisions:
“VIII – The creation of a multidisciplinary prenatal diagnosis centre at the health agency is authorised by the Agence de la biomédecine. ” ;
1° bis In Article L. 2131-1-1, the words: “the organisation and operation of the multidisciplinary centres for prenatal diagnosis mentioned in VIII of Article L. 2131-1” are replaced by the words: “the organisation and operation of the multidisciplinary centre for prenatal diagnosis at the health agency. “
2° De l’article L. 2131-2, les mots : ” à l’agence régionale de santé et ” ne sont pas applicables ;
3° In the third paragraph of Article L. 2131-4, the words: “A doctor practising in a multidisciplinary prenatal diagnosis centre as defined” are replaced by the words: “One of the doctors participating in the consultation as defined”.
