I.-For its application in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands, the words “failing which, it may be requested from the departmental maternal and child protection service” are deleted from article L. 2132-1 .
II – For its application in Wallis and Futuna, the first sentence of the second paragraph of Article L. 2132-2-1 is replaced by the following provisions: “The professionals and organisations involved in carrying out the aforementioned preventive examinations shall comply with the conditions for the implementation of these examinations set by the Wallis and Futuna Health Agency. ”
III.-For its application in Wallis and Futuna, article L. 2132-4 is replaced by the following provisions:
“Art.L. 2132-4.-The persons exercising parental authority or those to whom a child has been entrusted shall be informed, in accordance with ethical rules, when a disability has been suspected, detected or reported in the child, in particular during the medical examinations provided for in article L. 2132-2, of the nature of the disability. ”
