The project owner may, under the conditions set out in this chapter, use the services of third parties in the following ways:
1° Assistance to the project owner;
2° Project management;
3° Project management mandate;
4° Transfer of project management.

Article L2422-1

Le maître d’ouvrage peut, dans les conditions fixées par le présent chapitre, recourir à des tiers selon les modalités suivantes :
1° L’assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage ;
2° La conduite d’opération ;
3° Le mandat de maîtrise d’ouvrage ;
4° Le transfert de maîtrise d’ouvrage.
