The project management mandate is incompatible with any project management, technical control as defined in article L. 125-1 of the French Construction and Housing Code, or works execution assignment relating to the same project and carried out either directly by the authorised representative or by an affiliated company as defined in article L. 2511-8.

Le mandat de maîtrise d’ouvrage est incompatible avec toute mission de maîtrise d’œuvre, de contrôle technique définie à l’article L. 125-1 du code de la construction et de l’habitation ou d’exécution de travaux, portant sur la même opération et exercée soit par le mandataire directement soit par une entreprise liée définie à l’article L. 2511-8.
