Article L2423-2 of the French Public Health Code

I. – Title II of Book II of this Part is applicable to Wallis and Futuna, subject to the following adaptation:

In Article L. 2222-2 applicable in its wording resulting from Law No. 2016-41 of 26 January 2016, 3° is replaced by the following provisions:

3° In a place other than the Wallis and Futuna Health Agency or outside a public or private health establishment that has entered into an agreement with it.

II. – Article L. 2223-2 is applicable in its wording resulting from Law No. 2017-347 of 20 March 2017 relating to the extension of the offence of obstructing the voluntary termination of pregnancy.

I. – Le titre II du livre II de la présente partie est applicable à Wallis-et-Futuna, sous réserve de l’adaptation suivante :

A l’article L. 2222-2 applicable dans sa rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2016-41 du 26 janvier 2016, le 3° est remplacé par les dispositions suivantes :

3° Dans un lieu autre que l’agence de santé de Wallis-et-Futuna ou en dehors d’un établissement de santé public ou privé ayant conclu une convention avec celle-ci.

II. – L’article L. 2223-2 est applicable dans sa rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2017-347 du 20 mars 2017 relative à l’extension du délit d’entrave à l’interruption volontaire de grossesse.
