Article L2431-1 of the French Public Health Code

Articles L. 2222-2, L. 2222-4, L. 2223-1 and L. 2223-2 are applicable in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories. For their application in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories :

1° Le 3° de l’article L. 2222-2 est ainsi rédigé :

“3° In a place other than a public hospital establishment or a private hospital establishment satisfying the conditions laid down by locally applicable regulations. ” ;

2° In articles L. 2223-1 and L. 2223-2, the words: “by articles L. 2212-3 to L. 2212-8” are replaced by the words: “by the legislative or regulatory provisions applicable locally”;

3° In article L. 2223-2, the words: “mentioned in article L. 2212-2” are replaced by the words: “public or private health establishments authorised to perform voluntary terminations of pregnancy under locally applicable regulations” and the reference: “in the same article L. 2212-2” is replaced by the reference: “in 1° of this article”.

Article L2431-1

Les articles L. 2222-2, L. 2222-4, L. 2223-1 et L. 2223-2 sont applicables dans le territoire des Terres australes et antarctiques françaises. Pour leur application dans le territoire des Terres australes et antarctiques françaises :

1° Le 3° de l’article L. 2222-2 est ainsi rédigé :

” 3° Dans un lieu autre qu’un établissement d’hospitalisation public ou qu’un établissement d’hospitalisation privé satisfaisant aux conditions prévues par la réglementation applicable localement. ” ;

2° Aux articles L. 2223-1 et L. 2223-2, les mots : ” par les articles L. 2212-3 à L. 2212-8 ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” par les dispositions législatives ou réglementaires applicables localement ” ;

3° A l’article L. 2223-2, les mots : ” mentionnés à l’article L. 2212-2 ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” de santé, publics ou privés, autorisés à pratiquer des interruptions volontaires de grossesse par la réglementation applicable localement ” et la référence : “ au même article L. 2212-2 ” est remplacée par la référence : “ au 1° du présent article ”.
