Article L251-9 of the French Commercial code

In the course of its existence, the grouping may accept new members under the conditions laid down in the constituent contract.

Any member of the grouping may withdraw under the conditions laid down in the contract, provided that it has fulfilled its obligations.

Le groupement, au cours de son existence, peut accepter de nouveaux membres dans les conditions fixées par le contrat constitutif.

Tout membre du groupement peut se retirer dans les conditions prévues par le contrat, sous réserve qu’il ait exécuté ses obligations.
