The arrondissement mayor issues an opinion on all land use permits in the arrondissement issued by and on behalf of the mayor of the commune or the mayor of Paris in application of the provisions of the town planning code, as well as on all road permits on the public domain in the arrondissement issued by the mayor of the commune or the mayor of Paris in application of this code.

The arrondissement mayor issues an opinion on all stall and terrace permits in the arrondissement issued by the mayor of the commune or the mayor of Paris in application of this code.

The arrondissement mayor gives his opinion on any proposed acquisition or disposal of real estate or real estate rights carried out by the commune or the City of Paris in the arrondissement, as well as on any change of use of a communal or City of Paris building located in the arrondissement. It is informed of any declarations of intent to sell presented in application of the town planning code for properties located in the arrondissement. Each month, the mayor of the municipality or the mayor of Paris informs the mayor of the arrondissement of the action taken on these declarations of intent to sell.

The mayor of the arrondissement is consulted for an opinion on projects to convert buildings into offices or residential premises.

Le maire d’arrondissement émet un avis sur toute autorisation d’utilisation du sol dans l’arrondissement délivrée par le maire de la commune ou le maire de Paris et au nom de celle-ci en application des dispositions du code de l’urbanisme ainsi que sur toute permission de voirie sur le domaine public dans l’arrondissement délivrée par le maire de la commune ou le maire de Paris en application du présent code.

Le maire d’arrondissement émet un avis sur toute autorisation d’étalage et de terrasse dans l’arrondissement délivrée par le maire de la commune ou le maire de Paris en application du présent code.

Le maire d’arrondissement donne son avis sur tout projet d’acquisition ou d’aliénation d’immeubles ou de droits immobiliers réalisées par la commune ou par la Ville de Paris dans l’arrondissement, ainsi que sur tout changement d’affectation d’un immeuble communal ou de la Ville de Paris situé dans l’arrondissement. Il est informé des déclarations d’intention d’aliéner présentées en application du code de l’urbanisme pour des immeubles situés dans l’arrondissement. Le maire de la commune ou le maire de Paris informe, chaque mois, le maire d’arrondissement de la suite réservée à ces déclarations d’intention d’aliéner.

Le maire d’arrondissement est consulté pour avis sur les projets de transformation d’immeubles en bureaux ou en locaux d’habitation.
