Article L2511-31 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The mayor of the municipality or the mayor of Paris informs the arrondissement mayor of the general conditions for the implementation of equipment projects whose execution is planned, in whole or in part, within the boundaries of the arrondissement. The arrondissement mayor is informed every six months of the state of admissions to the establishments mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 2511-21.

The borough mayor shall provide this information at the next meeting of the borough council.

Article L2511-31

Le maire de la commune ou le maire de Paris informe le maire d’arrondissement des conditions générales de réalisation des projets d’équipement dont l’exécution est prévue, en tout ou partie, dans les limites de l’arrondissement. Le maire d’arrondissement est informé chaque semestre de l’état des admissions dans les établissements mentionnés au premier alinéa de l’article L. 2511-21.

Le maire d’arrondissement communique ces informations à la plus proche séance du conseil d’arrondissement.
