The amount of the local development grant mentioned in article L. 2511-38 is calculated and distributed among the arrondissements by the city council or by the Paris council when examining the budget in accordance with criteria it determines, taking into account in particular the population of each arrondissement.

Le montant de la dotation d’animation locale mentionnée à l’article L. 2511-38 est calculé et réparti entre les arrondissements par le conseil municipal ou par le conseil de Paris lors de l’examen du budget en application de critères qu’il détermine, en tenant compte notamment de la population de chaque arrondissement.
