The provisions of articles L. 2121-4 and L. 2121-5 are applicable to arrondissement councillors.
In the event of the resignation of an arrondissement councillor, the arrondissement mayor shall inform the mayor of the commune or the mayor of Paris as soon as the resignation is received.
