Article L2521-4 of the French Public procurement code

For the amicable settlement of disputes between the parties to a public contract mentioned in this Book, the provisions of Chapter VII of Title IX of Book I are applicable, with the exception of the provisions relating to the advisory committees for the amicable settlement of disputes.

Pour le règlement amiable des différends des parties à un marché public mentionné au présent livre, les dispositions du chapitre VII du titre IX du livre Ier sont applicables, à l’exception des dispositions relatives aux comités consultatifs de règlement amiable des différends.
