Article L2563-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The total amount of the lump-sum grant allocated to the municipalities of the overseas departments and territories and the territorial units of Mayotte and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon is increased in 1994 by a sum of 30 million francs, taken from the development grant instituted by article L. 2334-13.

The distribution of this increase between the municipalities concerned is set by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

Article L2563-2

Le montant total de la dotation forfaitaire attribuée aux communes des départements et territoires d’outre-mer et des collectivités territoriales de Mayotte et de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon est majoré en 1994 d’une somme de 30 millions de francs, prélevée sur la dotation d’aménagement instituée par l’article L. 2334-13.

La répartition de cette majoration entre les communes concernées est fixée par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
