Article L2564-23 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Until 31 December 2013, for the application in Mayotte of the fourth paragraph of Article L. 2311-5, the words: “Between the deadline for mandating set out in the third paragraph of Article L. 1612-11 and the deadline for voting on the rates of local taxation set out in Article 1639 A of the General Tax Code” are replaced by the words: “Before 31 March”.

Jusqu’au 31 décembre 2013, pour l’application à Mayotte du quatrième alinéa de l’article L. 2311-5, les mots : ” Entre la date limite de mandatement fixée au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 1612-11 et la date limite de vote des taux des impositions locales prévue à l’article 1639 A du code général des impôts ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” Avant le 31 mars “.
