Article L2573-15 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The articles L. 2143-1, L. 2143-2 and L. 2143-3 are applicable to the communes of French Polynesia, subject to the adaptations provided for in II.

II. – For the application of article L. 2143-3:

1° The words: “5,000 inhabitants” are replaced by the words: “10,000 inhabitants”;

2° In the third paragraph, the words: “to the president of the departmental council, to the departmental advisory council for the disabled” are replaced by the words: “to the President of French Polynesia”;

3° In the sixth paragraph, the words: “transport or” are deleted and the words: “roads, public spaces and transport” are replaced by the words: “roads and public spaces”.

Article L2573-15

I. – Les articles L. 2143-1, L. 2143-2 et L. 2143-3 sont applicables aux communes de la Polynésie française, sous réserve des adaptations prévues au II.

II. – Pour l’application de l’article L. 2143-3 :

1° Les mots : ” 5 000 habitants ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” 10 000 habitants ” ;

2° Au troisième alinéa, les mots : ” au président du conseil départemental , au conseil départemental consultatif des personnes handicapées ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” au président de la Polynésie française ” ;

3° Au sixième alinéa, les mots : ” de transports ou ” sont supprimés et les mots : ” de la voirie, des espaces publics et des transports ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” de la voirie et des espaces publics “.
