I. – Articles L. 2334-1 and L. 2334-2, article L. 2334-7, with the exception of the second paragraph of 3°, the last paragraph of 4° and 5° of I, Articles L. 2334-8 and L. 2334-10 à L. 2334-12, the first three paragraphs of article L. 2334-13 and I and II of Article L. 2334-14-1 are applicable to the communes of French Polynesia subject to the adaptations provided for in II and III.
II. – For the application of Article L. 2334-2, the second paragraph is worded as follows:
“This population is the total population increased, unless otherwise provided, by one inhabitant per secondary residence. “
III. – For the application of the fourth and fifth paragraphs of Article L. 2334-13, the quota intended for the communes of French Polynesia is calculated by applying to the quota intended for the overseas communes, which was determined by applying the ratio existing, on the date of the last general census, between the population of the overseas communes increased by 35% and the French population, the ratio existing, on the same date, between the population of French Polynesia and that of the overseas communes.
