Article L2631-1 of the French Public procurement code

For the application of the legislative provisions of Book I to Saint-Martin:

1° In article L. 2141-1, the references to articles 1741 to 1743, 1746 and 1747 of the General Tax Code are replaced by references with the same purpose applicable locally;

2° In article L. 2171-2, the words “mentioned in 1° of article L. 301-2 of the Construction and Housing Code” are replaced by references to locally applicable provisions having the same purpose.

Article L2631-1

Pour l’application des dispositions législatives du livre Ier à Saint-Martin :

1° A l’article L. 2141-1, les références aux articles 1741 à 1743,1746 et 1747 du code général des impôts sont remplacées par les références ayant le même objet applicables localement ;

2° A l’article L. 2171-2, les mots : ” mentionnés au 1° de l’article L. 301-2 du code de la construction et de l’habitation ” sont remplacés par les références aux dispositions applicables localement ayant le même objet.
