Article L2632-2 of the French Labour Code

The provisions relating to the Group Works Council set out in Articles L. 2331-1 to L. 2331-4 and L. 2331-6 apply to dominant undertakings whose registered office is located in a department of mainland France, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin or Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon and to undertakings which they control or over which they exercise a dominant influence within the meaning of Article L. 2331-1 whose registered office is located in these departments or communities, in Wallis and Futuna or in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories.

Les dispositions relatives au comité de groupe prévues aux articles L. 2331-1 à L. 2331-4 et L. 2331-6 s’appliquent aux entreprises dominantes dont le siège social se situe dans un département de métropole, en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, en Martinique, à Mayotte, à La Réunion, à Saint-Barthélemy, à Saint-Martin ou à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon et aux entreprises qu’elles contrôlent ou sur lesquelles elles exercent une influence dominante au sens de l’article L. 2331-1 dont le siège social est situé dans ces départements ou ces collectivités, à Wallis et Futuna ou dans les Terres australes et antarctiques françaises.
