Article L2661-3 of the French Public procurement code

For the application of the legislative provisions of Book II in French Polynesia:

1° In Article L. 2213-6, the words: “, local authorities” are deleted;

2° In Article L. 2232-7, the words: “Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles L. 441-10 to L. 441-13 of the French Commercial Code,” are deleted.

Pour l’application des dispositions législatives du livre II en Polynésie française :

1° A l’article L. 2213-6, les mots : “, des collectivités territoriales ” sont supprimés ;

2° A l’article L. 2232-7, les mots : ” Par dérogation aux dispositions des articles L. 441-10 à L. 441-13 du code de commerce, ” sont supprimés.
