Article L2681-6 of the French Public procurement code

For the application in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories of the legislative provisions of Book V:
1° In article L. 2512-1, 2° is worded as follows:
“2° A legal instrument such as an international agreement relating to works, supplies or services intended for the joint implementation or operation of a project by its signatories;”
2° In Article L. 2512-4, the words: “, provided that this provision is compatible with the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union” are deleted;
3° In 5° of Article L. 2512-5, the words: “or to operations carried out with the European Financial Stability Facility or the European Stability Mechanism” are deleted;
4° In Article L. 2513-5, the words: “or become such pursuant to Article L. 2514-5 ” are deleted;
5° In Article L. 2514-3, the last paragraph is deleted;
6° In Article L. 2515-1 :
a) In 3°, the words: “, within the meaning of Article 346 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,” are deleted;
b) In 6°, the words: “, or an administrative arrangement concluded between at least one Member State of the European Union and at least one third State. “are deleted;
c) 8° is deleted;
d) In 9°, the words: “outside the territory of the European Union” are replaced by the words: “outside the territory of the French Southern and Antarctic Territories”;
7° The last paragraph of Article L. 2521-3 is deleted.

Article L2681-6

Pour l’application dans les Terres australes et antarctiques françaises des dispositions législatives du livre V :
1° A l’article L. 2512-1, le 2° est ainsi rédigé :
” 2° Un instrument juridique tel qu’un accord international portant sur des travaux, des fournitures ou des services destinés à la réalisation ou à l’exploitation en commun d’un projet par ses signataires ; ”
2° A l’article L. 2512-4, les mots : “, à condition que cette disposition soit compatible avec le Traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne ” sont supprimés ;
3° Au 5° de l’article L. 2512-5, les mots : ” ou à des opérations menées avec le Fonds européen de stabilité financière ou le Mécanisme européen de stabilité ” sont supprimés ;
4° A l’article L. 2513-5, les mots : ” ou le deviennent en application de l’article L. 2514-5 ” sont supprimés ;
5° A l’article L. 2514-3, le dernier alinéa est supprimé ;
6° A l’article L. 2515-1 :
a) Au 3°, les mots : “, au sens de l’article 346 du Traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne, ” sont supprimés ;
b) Au 6°, les mots : “, ou un arrangement administratif conclu entre au moins un Etat membre de l’Union européenne et au moins un Etat tiers. ” sont supprimés ;
c) Le 8° est supprimé ;
d) Au 9°, les mots : ” hors du territoire de l’Union européenne ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” hors du territoire des Terres australes et antarctiques françaises ” ;
7° A l’article L. 2521-3, le dernier alinéa est supprimé.
