The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution shall ensure that the constitution and operation of the decision-making and governing bodies of the persons referred to in 1° to 3°, 5° and 9° to 11° of B of I of Article L. 612-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code comply with the provisions governing them.
