Article L3116-5 of the French Public Health Code

Any civil servant, public official, captain or officer of a ship or aircraft or doctor who, in a document or declaration, alters, conceals or neglects to make known to the health authorities facts that he is obliged to disclose pursuant to the second paragraph of article L. 3115-7 and b of 1° of article L. 3115-11, is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 3,750 euros.

Article L3116-5

Le fait, pour un fonctionnaire ou agent public, un commandant ou officier d’un navire ou d’un aéronef, un médecin, dans un document ou une déclaration, d’altérer, de dissimuler, ou de négliger de faire connaître à l’autorité sanitaire, des faits qu’il est dans l’obligation de révéler en application du second alinéa de l’article L. 3115-7 et du b du 1° de l’article L. 3115-11, est puni de deux ans d’emprisonnement et de 3 750 euros d’amende.
