Article L3116-6 of the French Public Health Code

Obstructing the work of the agents mentioned in the second paragraph of article L. 3115-1 or the technical inspections carried out by an approved body mentioned in the fourth paragraph of the same article is punishable by six months’ imprisonment and a fine of €7,500.

Le fait de faire obstacle aux fonctions des agents mentionnés au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 3115-1 ou à la réalisation de contrôles techniques par un organisme agréé mentionné au quatrième alinéa du même article est puni de six mois d’emprisonnement et de 7 500 € d’amende.
