The seller or service provider may not receive any payment from the purchaser in any form whatsoever, nor any deposit, in addition to the part of the price that the purchaser has agreed to pay in cash, until the contract relating to the credit transaction has been definitively concluded.

If a direct debit authorisation is signed by the purchaser, its validity and effect are subject to that of the contract of sale.

In the event of payment of part of the price in cash, the seller or service provider shall provide the purchaser with a receipt on paper or any other durable medium equivalent to a receipt and containing the full reproduction of the provisions of articles L. 312-52, L. 312-53 and L. 341-10.
