In the absence of an agreement, a decree determines the annual quota defined in article L. 3121-30 as well as the characteristics and conditions for taking the compulsory compensatory rest for any overtime worked in excess of this quota.

A défaut d’accord, un décret détermine le contingent annuel défini à l’article L. 3121-30 ainsi que les caractéristiques et les conditions de prise de la contrepartie obligatoire sous forme de repos pour toute heure supplémentaire effectuée au-delà de ce contingent.
