Article L313-24 of the French Consumer Code

For the loans referred to in Article L. 313-1, the lender shall formulate an offer provided free of charge on paper or on another durable medium to the borrower and to the guarantors declared by the borrower when they are natural persons.

This offer is accompanied by the European standardised information sheet referred to in Article L. 313-7 when its characteristics differ from the information contained in the information sheet supplied previously, if applicable.

Pour les prêts mentionnés à l’article L. 313-1, le prêteur formule une offre fournie gratuitement sur support papier ou sur un autre support durable à l’emprunteur ainsi qu’aux cautions déclarées par l’emprunteur lorsqu’il s’agit de personnes physiques.

Cette offre est accompagnée de la fiche d’information standardisée européenne mentionnée à l’article L. 313-7 lorsque ses caractéristiques sont différentes des informations contenues dans la fiche d’information fournie précédemment le cas échéant.
