Article L313-3 of the French Consumer Code

Any advertising document made available to the borrower relating to one of the transactions referred to in article L. 313-1 states that the borrower has a ten-day cooling-off period, that the sale is subject to obtaining the loan and that, if the loan is not obtained, the seller must reimburse any sums paid.
