Article L313-37 of the French Consumer Code

When the borrower informs his lenders that he is taking out several loans for the same transaction, each loan is concluded subject to the condition precedent that each of the other loans is granted. This provision only applies to loans where the amount exceeds 10% of the total credit.

Lorsque l’emprunteur informe ses prêteurs qu’il recourt à plusieurs prêts pour la même opération, chaque prêt est conclu sous la condition suspensive de l’octroi de chacun des autres prêts. Cette disposition ne s’applique qu’aux prêts dont le montant est supérieur à 10 % du crédit total.
