Article L3131-7 of the French Public Health Code

Each health care institution has a plan detailing the measures to be implemented in the event of an event that disrupts the organisation of care, particularly during exceptional health situations. This plan enables it to mobilise the response resources appropriate to the nature and scale of the event and to ensure that patients receive optimum care.

The provisions of this article apply to army hospitals.

Article L3131-7

Chaque établissement de santé est doté d’un plan détaillant les mesures à mettre en œuvre en cas d’événement entraînant une perturbation de l’organisation des soins, notamment lors de situations sanitaires exceptionnelles. Ce plan lui permet de mobiliser les moyens de réponse adaptés à la nature et à l’ampleur de l’événement et d’assurer aux patients une prise en charge optimale.

Les dispositions du présent article sont applicables aux hôpitaux des armées.
