The agreement or arrangement providing for the setting up of a stand-by team shall include provisions concerning :

1° The specific conditions for implementing training for staff working in a stand-by team and remuneration for training time;

2° The procedures for exercising the right of employees in the standby team to take up a job other than a standby job.

La convention ou l’accord prévoyant la mise en place d’une équipe de suppléance comporte des dispositions concernant :

1° Les conditions particulières de mise en oeuvre de la formation du personnel travaillant en équipe de suppléance et la rémunération du temps de formation ;

2° Les modalités d’exercice du droit des salariés de l’équipe de suppléance d’occuper un emploi autre que de suppléance.
