I.-Retail establishments providing goods and services and located in international tourist zones may provide weekly rest in shifts for all or some of their staff, under the conditions set out in articles L. 3132-25-3 and L. 3132-25-4.
II -International tourist zones are defined by the ministers responsible for labour, tourism and trade, after consulting the mayor and, where applicable, the president of the local authority of which the municipality is a member, as well as the professional employers’ organisations and trade union organisations concerned, taking into account the international reputation of these zones, the exceptional influx of tourists residing outside France and the size of their purchases.
III -Three years after the demarcation of an international tourist zone, the Government will submit to Parliament an economic and social assessment of the practice of opening shops that has developed as a result of this demarcation.
IV -A decree in the Council of State will determine the terms and conditions for the application of the present article.
