Where Sunday rest has been cancelled on the day of a national or local election, the employer shall take all necessary measures to enable employees to exercise their right to vote in person.

Lorsque le repos dominical a été supprimé le jour d’un scrutin national ou local, l’employeur prend toute mesure nécessaire pour permettre aux salariés d’exercer personnellement leur droit de vote.
