Article L3133-7 of the French Public Health Code

The conditions for the application of this chapter are laid down by decree and in particular :

1° The terms and conditions of the compensation mentioned in the third paragraph of article L. 3133-1 ;

2° The terms of compensation for periods of employment or training in the reserve of liberal professionals;

3° The terms of compensation for periods of employment or training in the reserve for retired persons;

4° Terms and conditions of compensation for periods of employment or training in the reserve for students not paid for their studies and unemployed reservists;

8° The procedures for the employer’s objection to the reservist’s absence mentioned in the second paragraph of article L. 3133-3.

Article L3133-7

Les conditions d’application du présent chapitre sont fixées par décret et notamment :

1° Les modalités de l’indemnisation mentionnée au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 3133-1 ;

2° Les modalités d’indemnisation des périodes d’emploi ou de formation dans la réserve des professionnels libéraux ;

3° Les modalités d’indemnisation des périodes d’emploi ou de formation dans la réserve des personnes retraitées ;

4° Les modalités d’indemnisation des périodes d’emploi ou de formation dans la réserve des étudiants non rémunérés pour l’accomplissement de leurs études et des réservistes sans emploi ;
