Article L3134-14 of the French Labour Code

In the department of Moselle, the administrative authority may, under conditions determined by regulation, authorise or prohibit the opening of commercial establishments on Good Friday in a uniform manner throughout the department, regardless of the presence of a Protestant temple or mixed church in the communes.

Article L3134-14

Dans le département de la Moselle, l’autorité administrative peut, dans des conditions déterminées par voie réglementaire, autoriser ou interdire l’ouverture des établissements commerciaux le Vendredi Saint et ceci de manière uniforme dans le département, indépendamment de la présence d’un temple protestant ou d’une église mixte dans les communes.
