The agreement referred to in article L. 3133-11 or the employer’s decision referred to in article L. 3133-12 may not designate either the first or second day of Christmas or, regardless of the presence of a Protestant temple or mixed church in the communes, Good Friday as the date of the solidarity day.

L’accord mentionné à l’article L. 3133-11 ou la décision de l’employeur mentionnée à l’article L. 3133-12 ne peut désigner ni le premier ou le second jour de Noël ni, indépendamment de la présence d’un temple protestant ou d’une église mixte dans les communes, le Vendredi Saint comme la date de la journée de solidarité.
