Where the lender provides the borrower with information and documents via a secure personal space on the internet, the lender shall make the borrower aware of the existence and availability of such information and documents on the secure personal space by any means appropriate to the borrower’s situation.

Lorsque le prêteur fournit à l’emprunteur des informations et des documents par le biais d’un espace personnel sécurisé sur internet, il porte à la connaissance de l’emprunteur l’existence et la disponibilité de ces informations et documents sur l’espace personnel sécurisé par tout moyen adapté à la situation de l’emprunteur.
