Article L3142-123 of the French Labour Code

In the event of termination of the employment contract, the employee will receive compensation for the paid leave entitlement carried over.

These provisions do not apply when the employer is required to join a paid leave fund mentioned in article L. 3141-32.

Ces dispositions ne s’appliquent pas lorsque l’employeur est tenu d’adhérer à une caisse de congés payés mentionnée à l’article L. 3141-32.
